Am in the process of replacing the tires on the trailer. Current tires (and the ones which came with trailer) are load range C and maximum psi is 50. Have been looking at the new Goodyear Endurance...

The wheels do not have a PSI rating, they have a load carrying capacity. The valve stem in the wheel would have a PSI rating, if you are looking to upgrade to a tire with a higher PSI rating, you would need to be sure that the valve stem is also replaced with a valve stem that meets the requirements of the higher PSI of the tire upgrade.
They installed metal valve stems with the new tires, and I have a lot more peace of mind now than I did with the CastleRocks.
I have a similar Windjammer and am going from the original LR C to LR E. I'm going with the new Carlisle Trail Radial available for $67 each from Walmart online with free shipping to my local store. The tire's been getting very good reviews like the GY.
Like others mentioned, my aluminum wheels do not have a psi rating, only a load rating. The tires will have a higher load rating than the trailer will ever weigh. I've got metal stems so I'm not going to worry about it.
