Yah I don't think they did. But just reading some of the scuttlebutt from some of the Rivian enthusiasts are talking about. Some feel that at least the L2 stations may be solar as they would be chimp simple to install. No infrastructure, permits etc. Just permission to locate the charging structure.
I'm not sure how much of a need there would be for level 3 fast charging. Just seems overkill. If its a trail head that suggest a few hours hiking etc. If its full after half an hour and you are hiking for 4 hours you would be tying up the charger for 3.5 hours. Better to keep it at maybe a standard 6 or 8 KW AC level and pick up 30 or 40 KW during the hike etc.
I guess the other questions remain, will they be allowed to put Rivian only accessible charge sites. EG, maybe a code or RFID card so only Rivians can charge there. Not sure that would be allowed on public lands.
I know these are already showing up at some national parks but they are open to everyone.
