At one time, the only way to get the upper overload was to get the Camper Package. Later, they made the upper overload standard on the F350 and still an option on the F250. You already have the contact pads awaiting install of the upper overload spring.
Adding wedges to your lower overload springs would engage them sooner and work like the lower StableLoads.
