I would address sway with an anti-sway bar, and also pump the tires up to the max. Airbags in particular don't add much to roll resistance. They may actually reduce it if they are mounted inside the stock springs. They address sag. Shocks help a little but only a little. On my truck the large sway bars made the most difference by a large margin. And I started with the camper package which already had front and rear bars.
