200 miles towing to the destination of your choice is why it's worth it. No one else offers that anymore. GS will do 100 miles on their best plan I believe. But after the first year with them they want another $60 a year on top of the $160 you pay for you "introductory" year. Coachnet is probably the best overall because they specialize in RVs, but they will only tow you to the nearest repair facility. So if you are 100 miles from home and the nearest facility is 5 miles, that's where they are taking you. Personally I'd rather have it towed home if I'm that close.
However, as bb_94401 pointed out, every state has a different AAA club and the rules/benefits differ from state to state. So check it out thoroughly and ask questions if you don't understand something.
