Rockwood Signature and Windjammer quality and construction

We're looking for a new trailer with rear living in the 32 to 34 ft range. We really like a floor plan in the Signature and Windjammer series. While they look very nice. A friend has me concerned a...

I had a Rockwood windjammer 3001W, the floor developed soft spots in front of the kitchen sink and vanity sink after 2 years and more later I keep the trailer for 4 years and lost 3500 dollars because of the condition of the floor when I sold it. I would never buy anything with a compost floor.
