Rockwood Signature and Windjammer quality and construction

We're looking for a new trailer with rear living in the 32 to 34 ft range. We really like a floor plan in the Signature and Windjammer series. While they look very nice. A friend has me concerned a...

We have had ours for almost 8 years and no issues with the floor. Do have some delamination on the sides due to a couple of water leaks a couple of years ago but other than that no issues.
