My only hesitation with using home-cleaning or similar products is that they may or may not be compatible with your roofing material. Bummer to find out you used the wrong stuff. We use whatever it is that the information on the roof calls for....not in my job description, so I don't know the brand. Surely can't think Dawn would hurt anything, but I'd be cautious of the other products.
