Drove Rt 66 with my family when I was a kid. It was the late 50's if I remember correctly. What a trip. Went to Disneyland, couldn't afford an E ticket but had a great time. Then on to Chicago via Rt 66. Ended up in Ohio. Never forget it. Have a great time on your adventure. There are lots of books on Rt 66.
