Rubber Roof - no leak, a little loose in a few spots. Fix?

Thanks all - appreciate the feedback a lot. Actually got the number for the Service/Warranty Manager at Flagstaff and he got back to me in a matter of minutes(very impressed, by the way). He said "bubbling" is common and not an issue. It is only a problem if it snakes its way to the end and compromises a seal. As you stated - he said to just leave it alone - it is not a problem. Very relieved and thank you again for the quick replies.
