RV Door Cracked

My door has done the same thing, on a 2011 thor fourwinds, we are in the process of dealing with the door dealer. I was told that they do that all the time, but have not found anyone to support that. I found nothing else wrong just cracks that look just like yours only mine are on the inside of the door.

Another update. FR said they would send me the stickers for the door also! Now just gotta wait on it to show up and get it replaced!

YES!! They are sending me a new door for free. And has asked to have the old door shipped back. Now I gotta get the new stickers for it.

Well FR said no go on covering it. Lippert Components, Inc is who I'm working with now. We been emailing back and fourth now. They keep asking for more info and pictures.

Here's what the outside of the door looks like. As you can see there is no damage at all to the outside. It looks brand new.

I would not think along the line of heat or cold… think more defective materials…
Consider the 2 doors were exposed to the same weather conditions, it doesn’t appear to be delamination caused by moisture, and it doesn’t appear to have been tampered with…

When discussing this with the dealer or the door mfg. don’t even entertain the heat/cold as an issue… the door should withstand either of those conditions to the extreme… be polite but firm on that…

It didn't really get cold enough around here this year to really freeze any water. We got like 3incs of snow one day and by 5PM it was all gone cause it got up in the 40s. haha..

I'm thinking it may of be the heat we get here... Like it was messed up during the summer but didn't show up till it got colder out? who knows..

I'm going to wait on FR to see if they will fix it before I contact the door company.
