I can't remember ever seeing a 9/16" sheeting of any type. I thought that once you get to 1/2" the progression was 1/8". (1/2" - 5/8" 3/4" etc.)
I agree with the poster that said where are the before and after pictures. That's the only way your would be able to get a judge to agree with you.
