- PAThwackerExplorerI have said a few things negative about the roo23ikss (sp) due to it being closed up tighter than a popup. I have and I'm sure many others, full blow out sessions while over the road. I hate to have to push out two slides to break out a power washer.
- PAThwackerExplorerHaving the true ability to turtle with our camper. Is one of few breeds out there to provide the rear perpendicular bunk bed. I'd rather have those bunk beds than a clothes ward I wouldn't be able to pack in a 23B. My ideal camper would be a 26ft box, perpendicular rear bunks, super slide couch/dinette, and have front hybrid queen bed 6000lb dry/8000lb gvw.

- PAThwackerExplorerBwahhaha, You guys do not understand the shoddy payload and clearance issues I specify.
Low Clearance:
1: slamming the rear at a gas station, or dragging the rear of the trailer down a sloped driveway. 2: encounter dump station/full hookup headaches with drains lower than the dump pipe.
Low Payload:
Typical family of 4 requires 1000lbs of payload.
1: I've seen weight stickers on 23b at 700lbs or less.
This one has 652 lbs of payload.

I never bash hybrids as hole. I have a lovely 21ft bh hybrid 5000lbs GVW with 1600lbs of available payload. I can use it year round, and always have said I loved it.
I had a glamper pup at the wrong time in life: 1 year old, and second baby on the way. Lost 3 grand onto a cc, in order to trade for the best darn baby specific hybrid I could find. - bikendanExplorerPA Thwacker OWNS a hybrid and loves it.
he's definitely not a Hybrid Hater.
not sure where you all are getting that impression. - Santa_FeExplorer

I have never heard his reasoning, maybe he had one and was not happy. I would take anything he has to say on the subject with a very large grain of salt.
I have a Jayco and it does have low clearance but if I am mindful while towing it there is no problem.
Not happy certainty describes the majority of his posts... - pitchExplorer IIPA Thwacker has an axe to grind against HTT's in general and apparently Jayco's in particular.

- 1kennyOGExplorerThe show coming up in Toronto end of Feb is no longer the "big" show.
Both shows are now at the same venue. One web site advertises as the biggest show and one does not.
I just don't want anybody to be disappointed at month end. ;)Beverley&Ken wrote:

The "Big show at the International Centre" is not until the end of Feb 27 - Mar 2.
The one that just finished is the old one from The Congress Centre. The original show seems to have more exhibitors/models/floor space than the one just past.
Beverley and Ken - rlitchfieldExplorerI saw the same lack of Hybrid love here in Edmonton. The family and I went to the RV show yesterday and we only saw a couple of Hybrids out of the hundreds of rigs they had on display. Interesting thing, both of them had big sold stickers on them when we passed.
