Had great experience with Eddie at Holman RV.
From talking to my regular RV dealer in WV the warranty service on a towable RV is not the same as a vehicle warranty. If you buy a Ford you can get warranty service at any Ford dealer. He said that is not true with towable RVs. At that time, which admittedly was several years ago, he said he had the right to refuse warranty work on a unit that was not purchased from him. He said that it could cause a real hassle from the factory so what he did was told them that he would do warranty work but he would put them at the end of the line after his paying customers. Now whether this is still true or not today still would not stop me if I could save several thousand dollars. YMMV
