i had a similar experience, they are pretty arrogant BUT they do have great prices and they are willing to negotiate, which is great for me because i'm a negotiator, I love to buy stuff! In the end the deal broke down because the saleperson agreed to one of my demands and the finance guy wouldnt back it up. The arrogance came in at that point and they asked me if I planned on never camping because I wouldnt find the deal anywhere else they offered me. Just keep in mind everything is negotiable, price, add on's, the warranty, and even finance charges (with good credit of course), dont be afraid to ask!

Believe me, others can and will beat their price without the arrogance and, IMHO, violating my ethics of treating people with respect. I was raised to not tolerate the type of trash talk, most of it lies, that they spread.
