We bought our first camper from them. They are all nice until they have your $1000 deposit and then their true colors come out.
Their warranty department is a joke. I called for warranty on my water heater when it was still within the 1 year factory warranty and they told me to contact Suburban directly. Guess what Suburban said? Needless to say. I fixed it myself.
We just recently bought our second camper. I called them to get pricing and found that they were $3000 *more* than my local dealer. What they offered on my trade was an absolute insult. I wasn't going to buy from them, I just wanted to get a feel of what the going rate was.
I came close to getting my latest camper from Lakeshore RV in Michigan. Their prices are far better than RVW.
