Hi, has anyone used RVeparts.com before? I placed 2 separate orders on 12/22/13. One was for an electrode for my fridge, and the other was for one of those plastic door holders that holds your entry door open.Both orders still show "awaiting fulfillment" on their web site. I tried calling yesterday repeatedly, and every time it would ring twice, then go to a fast busy signal. I also sent them an email and have not gotten a response yet. My credit card was charged for both orders back when I placed the orders.Are they a legitimate business? If I don't hear anything from them in the next couple of days, I will file with my cc to get the money refunded.Thanks.

Could be a mom and pops who actually took some time off for the holidays?I know many businesses around here that will not be open till tomorrow.Repo

You can always place the order with another vendor.Thanks.

I've ordered from them a couple times. I got what I paid for in, what I thought, was a reasonable amount of time. Beyond that, I don't have a strong opinion pro or con but I would order from them again.

Here it is and I know the building is empty. Too bad I used to get a lot of stuff from them. It was a great place to spend all day in shopping. Now I have to order everything from the net and sometiems it nice to see stuff in person before you buy.

Wow, 3 years? It wouldn't take a lot to have an IT person shut it down. Makes me wonder whose server it is on, and why no one has shut it down for lack of maintenance payments.

There used to be a used RV place not to far from me called Jakes RV. I drove down there one day and found they had shut down. I asked the owner why there web site was still up and he said it was because he didn't know how to shut it down. The web site is still going today and the business has been closed for 3 years. Make me mad personally.

Update: I finally did get my parts last week. They sent an email saying they were closed for 2 weeks at Christmas. Why they didn't have an auto response email sent out, or at least post this on their website, I don't know. I guess they didn't want to lose any orders. But it is frustrating when you get no updates or anything, and no parts show up for days and days.

I'm giving them one more shot, as I now need a reignitor for my fridge. Their price with shipping was the same as Amazon.

I'm not in a rush for the parts necessarily, but an email stating that the parts are on backorder, or that they had extended holiday hours, or something similar would have been nice. They are just strangely quiet.

I'll give them a couple of days to respond to my email.

A credit card was used for payment.

Credit card or debit card?? If you used a CC, you may be able to contact them and get it credited back if the order doesn't show up PDQ. Agree that the holidays may have been vacation time for the owners, but a message on their phone would have been a nice touch. Might also contact BBB for their input. Good luck.
