My AF 1140 has the stove and furnace within the slide out. Ive gotten down and actually watched the flexible propane hose as the slide out is moved in and out. It is surprising that the hose really doesnt have to move that much. The hose appears to be very beefy so I really dont concern myself with it failing. The way they have the line mounted underneath seems to keep it from being distorted or abused.
