If it's like most rv lots, they have many batteries to choose from. If you think it's likely that your batteries will be stolen at the lot, I'd look for a different lot.
That being said, I kept various RVs in lots for around 20 years. I've had something stolen one time. My Class A at the time was broken into and flatware and snack cakes were stolen along with two old tvs and cd player. The batteries were untouched.
The Travel Trailer and Truck Camper were never touched as far as I know.
YMMV.
