Glad you’re OK. Sounds like you had no choice and boxed in pretty good. There’s problems whenever two objects want to occupy the same space. And there’s AH’s in every profession.
As retired truck driver… here is what I used would to do after something like you experienced. Of course when I was a lot younger I would yell and scream and get hot under the collar. Turns out that didn’t do me much good. (Made me feel better maybe though).
Somewhere along the way, I started looking inward after an event like you mentioned. Not to find fault or who's right or wrong. But to be able to go home with all my body parts I started with. I would think to myself if any of my actions could have prevented or helped in the situation. Could I slowed down or speed up. And many times there is nothing I could of done differently. Other times maybe I could of left more space as a cushion or whatever. But thinking to myself if I could of done different not only helped my blood pressure but helped me be a better driver.
