I don't understand your question. A Highlander is a travel trailer and does not have an engine. Are you asking about a tow vehicle to tow this trailer? If so, then a gas vehicle would probably be best for one this size.

EDIT:I just found that they DO make a Class C Serra Scotty motorhome. In that case, I would prefer a diesel like this Dodge with the Cummins.
From what I have been able to gather, it appears that they are no longer being made. Could be wrong on that though.
