Sewer hook-up with 3 tanks & 2 drain connections

I am at a seasonal site. My rear tank is for kitchen only and fills slowly. I have a sewer outlet cap with a garden hose fitting on rear Grey tank. When time to dump it (once per week) I simply put the Grey hose into sewer opening and pull the valve. No biggie.
