That is the most recent one.
And as I said earlier that "story" is highly unlikely. In order for a "chunk" of the compressor wheel to get to the piston, it has to pass through the intercooler. And as you can see in the pics below, it is pretty much impossible for something big enough to cause piston damage to get past the tiny passages of an intercooler. I would also questions one's "automotive experience" for even thinking such a thing could happen.


So Honda replaces engines just for the fun of it?
