The moisture stays on the outside of the camper's waterproof softwall even when folded and isn't going to wet the interior of the camper. As with any softwall it is not a good idea to leave them in the stowed position when wet and it should be raised again to allow the moisture to evaporate as soon as possible. Simply being in a high humidity area isn't going to cause a mold or mushroom(?) problem with the softwall.
