Post a picture, if it is on the tank side of the pump, it is probably an winterizing connection. Drain system, turn valve, stick end of line in antifreeze jug, and open each faucet till pink stuff comes out. Mine usually takes two people, one of us to wahch and replace the jug, and the other inside to open and watch the faucets. Refer to other posts for winterizing full instructions.
