Just had a flat under those conditions. No movement on that side at all because the other tire and the two corner screw jacks held it just fine,level and all.
This confirms my suspicions. As long as it's a tandem axle trailer with the leveling jacks properly supported it would take 2 flats on the same side to prove damaging and even then depending on how tight the leveling jacks are it they would likely keep any serious pressure off the slidout.
