I bought the house 1.5 years ago and I am still busy with the projects.
And retiring from home remodeling, I am qualified but- for a change, I enjoy to do what I want and the way that I want (not that I did not like my paid job, but it does make the difference).
We have Lake Mead 10 miles away, but with low water it is turning into big swamp and not really enjoyable. My boat got wet twice this season.
For green we look over the fence. Neighbours spend fortune on water bill, but have green Paradise with palms and green lawns (live lawns, not plastic what become popular in Vegas).
