My TC came with a furnace, but no provisions for a battery. It also had a three-way fridge (propane/120v/12v), No battery or generator.
This is incorrect; " If I am using sealed batteries it does not have to vent correct?" The AGMs can be used in an unsealed area, but there are people that will argue it.
With the exception of "... without a lot of extra effort ...", this is very doable, but it will take lots of work and quite a few bucks.
"When it comes to Truck Camping I have been developing a philosophy of use that I think everything should work properly to my needs without a lot of extra effort. So my goal would be to get the TC dialed in to where all the system work flawless to my needs. I want to be able to spend two nights dry camping in the winter, using power conservatively but being very comfortable without having to result to external power sources. I guess we will see if that can be accomplished. "
