Sleep under a camper shell instead of truck camper?

These are nice caps, I use one for my work truck. You can put it on and off fairly easy with exterior screw jacks and all your stuff can stay in it (within a reasonable weight) because it's a full slide in unit like a truck camper. Kinda pricey but they're out there used, mine must have been used for camping because it had a roof top air conditioner on it when I bought it.
