Sorry to hear the news of the leak Don. One possibility, rather than replacing the whole floor is to use a product like Git-rot, which is probably similar to the Rot Doctor product mentioned above.
My son used it in his sailboat and had excellent results. Also, a friend in the campground here in Tampa used it in exactly the same situation you have and it worked great. His repair is two years old now and is holding up well on his HR Presidential 5th wheel slide out.
