Slide not working (motor runs but slide doesn't move)

Sorry, apparently my question wasn't clear, he is trying to figure out how to get ACCESS to the motor/ gears, he is having an issue reaching anything in the space below the slide from the inside of the TC, there is a very small access port to get to the manual ratchet, but that is just about enough to get the tool into, and not much more.
