If the motors turning and the slides not sliding, it has to be a broken part like a shear pin near the motor.
Some people actually remove the motor and hand push them in/out . I dont know how to get access to a BF slide motor, i can only forward the links i have on slides. Hopefully one piece of info in them might be of help .
