slide out motor P/N 524864

Looking for someone who has a slide out motor assembly that has a bad motor but the gear housing is intact P/N 524864 (power gear), my housing broke.
Also if anyone has not done it check the bolts that hold your slide out motor housing in place!! wish I had....
