check to see if there any wire caps or the like, going in to the motor. Should be fairly close to the motor. Could be a wire is not making contact. Could be a bad motor. I would tell you to take a small hammer or cresent wrench and give the motor a good whack. However, if you did that and it works, it might never work again, then you would have to have a few guys to push the room in. Check the wires. You might have to remove the motor and test it. A DIYer can do this. If you are unsure, then yes do a quick search for RV dealers near Ocala and give them a call.
