Wedge pillows are actually easy to find. They're available at foam shops, Bed Bath & Beyond, Walmart, etc. and all over the internet. We bought ours on Amazon as it was the lowest cost at the time.
Silly Amazon, they ran out of stock and only shipped one. Then a few days later the 2nd one arrived. Cost them double the shipping amount and we could have cared less if both had arrived a few days later.
