I had the same leaking problem for a couple of years. Turned out to be the connector that screws into the top of the airbag. It's a "push to connect" fitting. I bought new ones (metal pipe ends) from McMaster Carr (about $3 per fitting) , installed them, and haven't gad a leak since. It was obvious that the ones that were supplied by the air bag manufacturer weren't nearly as the replacements. It's knd of a pain to fix since you have to remove the airbags to access them, but it worked for me.
