Sticker for my Ram 2500 said it had upgraded the 27 gallon to a 32 gallon tank as part of Snow Chief group. I ran it all the way empty once, needle was below the red mark, computer wouldn't even estimate range.
Stopped at Shell to fuel up, what did it take? 26 gallons and change. Does that mean I have a 27 gallon tank, or is there 5 gallons of "reserve" the computer and gauge don't know about?
My MPG is 10, on a full tank, computer estimated range? 270 miles - maybe the dealer forgot to tell the computer about the larger tank?
