I think the RV park we are in would be pretty upset if I dug up the concrete pad which is about 2 inches unlevel, so I use blocks to level the 5th wheel.
As for the pad being that far out of level... Pretty poor workmanship, don't you think?
I wonder about the electrical wiring and water supply at such a place. If what you CAN see is bad, you can bet the hidden stuff is worse.
How much are they charging for such fine facilities?:E - CA_TravelerExplorer IIIWe've gone to Q a number of times in the winter to see the "sights". We also stop at 88 Shades in the summer because of their full hookups. Then there is Big Al's and the Yacht Club, good beer, pizza and food.
- CA_TravelerExplorer IIIAlmost everything sold in Quartzsite at the "big show" and many of the local so called "business" locations.
- SprinklerManExplorerA shovel comes in real handy , to fix a flat tire .........couple years ago I stopped when a guy with a pop up had a flat , I had my work van , he didnt have a jack , and mine wouldnt work . After looking and thinking out loud we got on the grass , put some wood blocks under the frame and dug a hole under the tire . We couldnt raise the camper , but we could lower the ground under the tire .
- toedtoesExplorer IIIJust throwing this out there: is it possible all these sites are un-level because person A parks and digs a hole to level his TT, then person B parks and digs a hole to level her 5W, then person C parks and digs a hole to level her TT, then person D parks and digs a hole to level his MH, and so on...?

Definitely the RV TP. Following advice gleaned here (I think) we buy safe-for-septic TP and always do the shake test. Put a couple of sheets in an old plastic water bottle with some water, shake it up and let it sit for a few minutes. If the TP breaks up it's safe to use.

Lynx levelers. I have a couple of Lynx chocks too, and they're terrific if you have some slope and you're worried about rolling.
Hitch Helper mirror. With this I can hook up my ProPride in about a minute.
Jack stands (if you have a longer trailer). Anytime we're camped for more than a day or two of these go near the middle of the frame to take out the bounce.
