So the project begins

Ok, I spent a few hours on this tonight and plans have changed. The softness is coming from what seems to be light water damage and age. I'm sort of shocked how the wing is constructed but I understand that if it was 2x4s on 16" centers the dam thing would way 10k pounds. If you look at the video you'll see the corner wiggle. The very front upright and the 1x on the bottom edge is where all of the support lies. The corner is loose and Im thinking of putting an L bracket there and using a 3/4" piece of plywood about 10x8 tight in the LH corner and unloading a tube of liquid nails on it then bolting the jack supports through with carriage bolts. If you have any words of wisdom please share as I'm all ears.
