If you don't mind a few suggestions . Since you really don't know the true condition of the wings I would try to maximize the strengthening of the jack areas . One is to orient the 2x10 front to back and make it long enough to span the entire opening above . That opening is a weak spot for a jack . Second would be to use a full steel plate inside instead of washers , in affect , sandwiching the wing plywood between two steel plates . As you mentioned , a corner brace would not hurt . Your pictures show the bottom wood member across the opening is already cracked . Good luck
