Glad your sticking with the TC Chet.
Longer term I was considering trading in for a 7.5 ton gross (4.4 ton payload) large Mercedes Vario 4x4 van which I could convert into a camper. Commercial truck axles, brakes, engine etc. Rare vehicles to find in 4x4 form, but I did see one for sale recently.
However, increasingly strict weight restrictions in the sort of places we would like to visit and new low-emission zones springing up all over Europe restricting diesel trucks to modern computer controlled low-emission engines have made us re-think.
So we are also sticking with our current combination for the foreseeable future.
