Sounds like your trips are going to be a bit more gnarly with a narrower, lower TC. Looks like some TR from Whazoo and jefe4x4 are starting to influence you.
European windows are nice but they do scratch quicker than glass .
What type of fridge did you get? We love our cassette but like a lot of things when boondocking, it forces you to conserve if you get my drift. We have found no problems finding places to dump cassette. Ever think of expanding battery capacity? Inverter?
