Congrats. Your thought process were much the same as mine when I bought my Adventurer. In fact, I had planned to order a Laredo but when I told Rex I was 6'2", 240lb he suggested I go with the Adventurer for the extra 3" in the bath.
One caveat. I see you're getting the AC but no solar. I went the opposite route and had a single 135w Kyocera panel installed at the factory then later added a second 140w Kyocera panel on the other side. Doing so I discovered I no longer have enough space on the roof for AC. A result of the 7' width. If I moved the panels so they were nearly flush with the side of the camper I "might" just have room for AC, but that brings up mounting issues. Basically, just a heads up to verify panel size and placement before you purchase. I'm planning to sacrifice some inside cabinet space and use a small 5000 btu window unit when I get to that mod on my todo list.
