Mike congrats on what it going to be your new camper.
I like everything you put on it except for one think. The Heki skylight, are you really, really sure you want one. Search through here and see of all the problems people have had with them. I'm on my second one in a second RV and I sure wish this RV had came with just a fantastic fan instead (which is the normal but all of the dealers want to order them in with the Heki). The same as my Northern Lite is the thing leaked right when it was new. On the NL I ended up having to reseal it right after I bought it. The new rig they finally had to replace the unit as both sides weren't locking down right. Mine will never be opened again as I don't trust it to seal down so it becomes a very expensive non opening skylight that I can't get any ventilation from.
I ended up taking out the little useless fan in the bathroom and installed a MaxxAir in it that has the fold down cover so it can be left open in the rain with the fan running.
They are a nice idea but poor execution. They come with a bug screen and a shade. You are not supposed to close the shade all the way as it will overheat above the shade and can cause problems. We had one poster on here that warped and cracked his because of this. He ran a bunch of tests to see how hot it got with the shade closed. It gets very hot. Then if you are out and want to vent it you have to open the screen to open or close the vent. Guess what happens, any bugs that are on top of the screen are now in you camper with you.
