Trapping the heat is why I was considering tint on the hatch. To keep the heat from building in the first place. I just don't know if tint will do that;
Does tint just make it "darker" inside?
Or will it prevent heat buildup?
I don't know...
I was hoping one of you Guys from the "hot" states might know.
Or maybe someone will be the guinea pig and let us know how it works!
As far as stars at night...we usually open the hatch to star gaze anyway...so no worries for us.
