I went back and forth on this when I ordered my FWC back in September. I think FWC charges $ 600 for the option which wasn't worth it for me. Had it been $ 430., I might have done it but after using the camper for several months now,I don't regret the decision to skip it. It would be nice to have a flat counter but not worth the extra $ in my opinion. Brad
