On the sink/stove. For our Arrow U we picked the 3 burner Dometic sink and double bowl RV style sink. I changed out the faucet for nice a residential unit. We cook a lot and this combo works good; and yes I have had all three burners going.
We have 6 CU 120 VAC/LPG fridge which has worked very well for us.
We have the Heki vent and have had no problems although we are very careful to properly latch and unlatch it. Never fully close the cover. Heat build up, IMO, is not that big of a deal.
The insulation package is nice. We have camped in the low teens and high 90s and found the camper to be very comfortable.
With respect to weight, fully loaded and ready to go we were right around 10400 and well within the rating of our Chevy HD 3500 SRW. No suspension mods and the rig handles very nice. My wife is comfortable driving it which is saying something.
