Nice, perfect size camper for two people.
For your mod list you may want to consider one of these:
Inspection Hatch
Makes for easy cleaning of that large water tank, just lift up that
step piece going up to the bunk.
We use it also for filling without a hose from a bucket or large
1 gallon bottles from a spring etc...
Also access to your fresh water with no pump if need be.
I would also check the installation of your jack wiring junction box,
for a while they were putting them on upside down, this allowing water to seep in.
