There’s nothing wrong with the jacks I have, and I’ve never had any trouble taking the camper off the truck anywhere I wanted to.
It also makes the truck and camper look like you took a shortcut through a playground and ran over the swing set, monkey bars, and jungle gym, and they all got stuck under the truck.

Lol! Nothing against stable lifts as they are a handy feature, but have to say I’ve thought the same thing!
As far as attractive, not a concern. If I was going for attractive I’d drive the wife’s Charger and not a white whale on a pickup bed!
