We considered the 28 BHBE also, but went for the bigger bunk room. Was a tough decision though! Lol
How does the 1500HD like the trailer???
The truck pulls it ok, but it's a bit more trailer than I think the truck is best suited for. We are on our first trip to the Straits and some of the hills on 75 were a bit of a struggle. Honestly, I think we're going to be looking to upgrade the truck soon as we want to go out west and south at some point soon and I don't think the 1500HD will do mountains very well at all. And it just wasn't a comfortable tow experience on the whole. So a true 3/4 ton is probably in our near future.
We looked at 32BHDS as well, but I knew our truck wouldn't ever pull that trailer. Very nice floorplan though, especially with the outdoor kitchen and double entry to the master bedroom, something my wife liked much better. But we're happy with the 28BHBE, especially after all we dealt with in our Solaire going over.
